This has been some year! It has affected each and every one of us in some way or another. It has especially shown the inequality of health care in our country, particularly with people of color. The people and community we serve are finding it extra hard to access the help they need during this time.

With so many services cut because of COVID 19, HCMSG has been able to transition some of our work digitally, including providing online food services and self-care products nationwide. In addition to NY, HCMSG provides services nationwide including the rural areas where there are no providers for fifty miles and supportive services and education are limited. 
 
It is estimated that Hepatitis C affects 5 million people in the United States and is the leading cause of Liver cancer. People are walking around not aware they have this virus. Now there is a CURE, but these powerful treatments will only be effective if more people are made aware, screened, diagnosed and provided with effective care and supportive services. Please help us to continue to make a difference in people’s lives. We truly appreciate any support you can give to HCMSG.
