Hepatitis C Mentor and Support Group (HCMSG) was founded in 2010 to ensure that anyone affected by Hepatitis C and living with both HCV & HIV have access to information, supportive services and tools that will help them manage and overcome Hepatitis C with strength, dignity and fellowship.
trainingHCMSG believes that by providing accurate and relevant knowledge of Hepatitis C and its comorbidities into the community, we are inherently equipping populations with the tools to protect themselves from harm and potentially be advocates for their own health based outcomes. For this reason, We provides up to date educational information to patients, peers, and staff of community organization nationwide. These training sessions can be performed live (in person) or via virtual platforms.

the cIRCLE MODELThe Circle is an adaptive model for care that directly addresses this mission by partnering with community organizations to help establish or elevate Hepatitis C support programs by promoting the importance of support and education during client/patient engagement within the CBO. Through partnership support with HCMSG, the circle can serve as either a foundational model for non-clinical patient support within your organization or an enhancement/ upgrade to existing relevant services and programs. The success of the Circle can be attributed to its flexibility and adaptability to different participant groups and organizations.
